Pulping & Bleaching Chemicals

Sodium Hydroxide NaOH

This powerful alkaline chemical breaks down lignin bonds in wood chips, allowing the cellulose fibers to separate easily during the chemical pulping.

Sodium Sulfide (Na₂S)
